Meet Jim Brogan, Bromedicon President, George Grudziak MD, D.ABNM, Clinical Director, and Ghasem Eshaghi MD, D.ABNM, Medical Director. Three experienced healthcare professionals dedicated to helping achieve a marked difference in patient safety in the operating room.

Pooling their medical and administrative expertise together in 1995, they've continued to raise the performance of intraoperative monitoring services and quality assurance to new levels.


As Bromedicon's Healthcare Administrator, Jim supervises department heads and other members of the administrative team to assure the highest level of service to each hospital.

As co-founder of Bromedicon's IOM services, George oversees our intraoperative monitoring program as well as directing the ongoing training of our clinical staff.

Along with that, George setup and implemented Bromedicon's training program for Neuromonitoring Personnel.

Ghasem, a highly experienced neurosurgeon and former Spine Fellow at Thomas Jefferson University has extensive and first-hand knowledge in using Intraoperative Monitoring on many surgical procedures to improve patient outcome and insure patient safety.

Dr. Eshaghi interprets real-time data from various hospital locations. As a former professor of neurosurgery at a University Medical School, Ghasem will assist in teaching and implementing quality assurance and performance programs at Bromedicon, ensuring higher standards of service.

Also, having published numerous papers Ghasem, together with George is in the process of writing a textbook on surgical neurophysiological monitoring for surgeons, anesthesiologists, and neuromonitoring professionals.
